Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with TOP-TOOL.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:

1. Return Period
   We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
   To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs
   If the return is not due to a product quality issue (for example: you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind),
   the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. No Restocking Fee
   We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

4. Used Products
   Items that have been used, installed, or modified are not eligible for return unless there is a verified quality problem.

5. How to Start a Return
   To initiate a return, please contact us at service@toptool.ca  with your order number and reason for return.
   We will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
