TOP-TOOL is a global supplier of machine-tool accessories and precision workholding solutions based in Ontario, Canada. We focus on the design, manufacturing and supply of professional machine-tool accessories for customers worldwide. Our goal is to provide industrial users with high-quality, cost-effective products and dependable technical service, with particular strength in application-specific and custom workholding solutions.
TOP-TOOL is primarily a B2B supplier. Our products are designed for professional, precision and industrial applications. We work with machine-tool and tooling distributors, automation integrators, machine-tool builders, CNC machine shops, manufacturing facilities, and individual machinists or advanced hobbyists who require professional-grade workholding products.
TOP-TOOL maintains inventory in the United States, Canada and China, and many standard products are available from stock. Stocked products can normally be prepared for shipment shortly after order confirmation. Products manufactured to order, special configurations and custom workholding projects typically require approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on product type, quantity and technical requirements.
You can submit an inquiry through our website or email us at service@toptool.ca. A TOP-TOOL pre-sales engineer will normally contact you within 24 hours to review your machine, workpiece and application requirements. If necessary, we will help confirm the appropriate product, size and machine interface before providing a quotation. Once the quotation or order agreement is accepted, we will arrange production or shipment according to the agreed delivery terms.
Yes. Many standard TOP-TOOL products can be purchased directly through our online store. However, if you are unsure about product dimensions, spindle or table interface, mounting method, clamping range or installation requirements, we recommend contacting us before placing the order. Our team can help confirm compatibility and reduce the risk of ordering an unsuitable configuration.
TOP-TOOL provides a two-year warranty for non-consumable products against manufacturing defects. Consumable items and normal wear are excluded. If a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, we will provide an appropriate warranty solution or replacement at no product cost to the customer.
We also provide long-term repair support beyond the warranty period. If a product remains technically and economically repairable, we prefer to help customers restore it rather than immediately recommend replacement. After technical evaluation, customers generally only need to cover transportation and required replacement parts, while TOP-TOOL provides the repair labor without charge.
TOP-TOOL values long-term partnerships with qualified distributors. If your company has an established presence in your local market and a strong industrial customer base, we can provide competitive distributor pricing, reliable product quality and application support. More importantly, our engineering and sales team can support your company with product selection, technical clarification and custom workholding projects so that you can serve your customers with stronger technical capabilities.
Yes. Custom and application-specific workholding is an important part of TOP-TOOL’s business. We can review workpiece drawings, machine information, locating requirements, clamping direction, production volume and machining process to recommend or develop a suitable solution. Custom projects may include special chucks, clamping heads, expanding mandrels, fixture plates, multi-station workholding and other engineered clamping systems.
