3BD-06 | 6 in Compensating Hydraulic Chuck with Floating Jaws, A5 Mount
The TOP-TOOL 3BD-06 is a 6 in compensating hydraulic chuck with floating jaws for CNC lathes with an A5 mount. The floating jaw structure allows the clamping points to adapt to uneven, irregular or out-of-round surfaces.
This compensating hydraulic chuck is used when the workpiece surface is not stable enough for conventional jaw clamping. The floating jaw mechanism helps distribute contact more evenly on rough blanks, castings and forged parts.
